I'm Anderson Dinga
Everyone has the potential to change their lives for the better. But change can be difficult, especially when we try to do it on our own. That’s where I come in. I can help you create a plan for change, and I can support you every step of the way. As a change coach, I love helping individuals and companies achieve their most elusive goals. For leaders who wish to improve employee experience and wellbeing, I know how challenging it can be to lead change in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
I’ve been there myself. I spent 20 years in various roles in Corporate Information Technology, rising from Help Desk Technician to Director of Change Operations. Along the way, I also experienced burnout, stress, and anxiety. It took me a long time to recover and find my balance again. That’s why I decided to become a change coach. I want to help you avoid the pitfalls of burnout and create a positive and productive culture in your organization.
